Bali Buddha began in 1994 in order to support a healthy lifestyle for our
own families. By 2000, we still couldn't find a steady supply of organic food
or healthy products in Ubud. So we set out to create a market for
organic farmers by starting a restaurant and natural foods store and
concentrating our efforts on raising awareness of health food issues,
organic farming and recycling.

Swasti 'Eco Cottages & Restaurant' is a consciously sustainable Eco Restaurant where we respect the earth and strive to live in harmony with nature. Our expanded and ongoing organic garden and organic farm produce all the freshly pick vegetables, herbs and eggs we serve daily at our restaurant.

The Little Green Cafe concept is simple; good home style vegetarian food prepared fresh every morning. Each day there is a soup, a main course option, five different salads, and a range of cakes. Although the offerings are limited, they are changed daily and feature a mix of international styles and flavors. The service is quick and easy. You pick and choose your salads from inside a glass counter top box just like in a traditional "warung", and in this case, with a European twist.

Food is life. Without food there is no life. I want to share with you how to feel better, live longer and enjoy a fuller life by eating food which is free of pesticides, chemicals and addictive substances. Food that nourishes your body, mind and soul.
